For Dad and Bro

Here are some house items I was struggling with over the summer.
Water in the basement. Removing garage floor cement and eventually the whole driveway. Settling deck? Home builder doesn’t think so. Definite settling soil..but even though the stucco on pillar is cracking, there is nothing that needs to be addressed(builder said that). The rock graveyard is what we call the area where we wanted to put a water feature. It’s very common here, and the sound of the water is wonderful. The price tag was outrageous, so that project has been added to the wish list.
